Melissa T. Internicola, MBA, CEP

As Head of Executive and Stock Plan Solutions, Melissa works with financial advisors to navigate the nuances of corporate executive transactions and company stock plans. Melissa specializes in the unique considerations of managing concentrated equity positions, with particular focus on equity awards and Rule 10b5-1 plans.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2023, Melissa was a Vice President in the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly five years leading the firm’s Rule 10b5-1 plans offering. Before that, Melissa held a business development role at Charles Schwab and spent 10+ years at Credit Suisse, building her reputation in this niche area of expertise and climbing the ranks to lead the Corporate Executive Services Group.

Melissa earned her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and holds the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. Melissa earned her MBA degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her BS degree from Cornell University.
