Only two MBA students each year are chosen for the highly coveted Assistant-to-Chair (A2C) program at Raymond James, giving them the opportunity to work with all core business segments, including Private Client Group, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and the Raymond James Bank. Through this process, A2C participants develop strong relationships across the firm and learn skills that help them shape the role where they can have the most significant impact.
